Chris' current role with the International Society of Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) focuses on the development of partnerships with academia, biotech and industry, scientific programs, communications, and supporting policy and advocacy activities. After completing a PhD studying virus-cell interactions, Chris' postdoctoral research in Dr. Jamie Thomson's lab investigated neural differentiation programs of human embryonic stem cells and the mechanisms underlying developmental speeds.
